We primarily ship via USPS. Once your payment has been processed and verified, our team will ship your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and your shipping information has been inputted properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We encourage you to include your email address just in case you need to be contacted if any issues with order arise.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of product, the shipping option you choose, and distance from our warehouse.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Owning the Dash, LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Owning the Dash, LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee.
If you cancel order after your order has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + Shipping & Handling fees.
Refund Policy on Digital Products
When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded. However, when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Therefore, our automatic software doesn't allow refunds on electronic products because they are delivered instantly to your email.
